PWC Youth & Tiger Cubs
PWC Youth and Cubs will be temporarily holding practices at Rhino Wrestling Club for the 2020-21 season

The Princeton Wrestling Club Youth program is open to boys and girls in grades 3 – 8. There is also Tiger Cubs Program that includes grades K-2. These programs are open to both Princeton residents and nonresidents.
The PWC Youth program will run from November through the end of February for our Delaware River Wrestling League wrestlers and extends well into March for those looking to compete in additional postseason tournaments. For the time being, the PWC Youth practice schedule will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:30 am-12:00 pm at Rhino Wrestling Club. A practice and match schedule will be forthcoming on this site on the Schedule page. First official practice is Tuesday, November 24.
PWC Tiger Cubs is designed to introduce boys and girls in grades K-2 to the basic fundamentals of wrestling, and taught the importance of stretching, conditioning, physical fitness and following instructions. In addition, each one-hour practice will focus on one wrestling concept. Competition will be de-emphasized at this level. Adult participation is encouraged Tiger Cubs activities. The program meets on Saturday mornings from 9:30 - 10:30 am with some exceptions. Practices will be located at Rhino Wrestling Club for the time being. Tiger Cubs runs from November though February. First official practice is Saturday, November 28.
