Mr. Jim Brophy
Mr. Brophy is a board member and coach of PWC. He is also currently the president of the Delaware River Wrestling League (DRWL). The DRWL is a k-8 youth wrestling league in PA and NJ with over 400 kids.
Mr. Brophy is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned his MBA from New York University’s Langone program with a degree in international business and finance. He began his career on Wall Street in 1995 and has held a number of positions at major investment firms. He is currently the head trader at River Park Funds, an investment management company in NYC.
In 2016, Jim participated in the Moving Mountains for Multiple Myeloma program by climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. He was a top fundraiser to benefit the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
Mr. Brophy wrestled for Princeton High School where he was a two-time captain. At PHS, Jim was named a scholar athlete, was a Mercer county runner-up and a regional qualifier in wrestling. He earned six varsity letters in wrestling and baseball. He currently resides in Princeton, NJ with his wife, Jill, and their 3 sons. His sons Marty, David, and Matthew all participate in the PWC youth program.
