               Practices: - 2 Teams at the High School Wrestling Room, 6:00pm  (LSM Investments and Greenwell Auto Body)    
                             
    - 2 Teams at the High School Caferteria at 6:00pm (Watson Insurance and Taco Tierra)        
        (These two teams will eventually move to Lowell South)              
                                 
    Dual Meets -  held at Lowell School at 5:30pm & 7:00pm                  
                                 
    Team Championships -  held at Lowell South (1st round) 5:30pm and (Final Round)  7:00pm          
    Individual Championships -  held at the High School at 5:30pm                
                                 
          All-Stars:  Dual Meet  -  held at the High School at 6:00pm             
          (All-star team will be comprised of 1st and 2nd place finishers in the Individual Championships)    
                               
  * Freestyle Practices are for anyone interested in getting extra mat time and experience
